TIP: if you use this while in the bath, the salt will dissolve and be absorbed by the skin - which is a good thing. Since salts are detoxifying, remember to drink a lot of fluids afterwards to rehydrate your body. To use, massage onto skin in circular motions just before leaving shower or at the beginning of your bath.
