We hope you are satisfied with all of the products you will find at Total She. However, if you are not satisfied with an item for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of your order for a full refund, excluding any shipping and handling charges.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Total She Inc. product, simply fill in the form below and return it to your Sales Consultant or send it directly to the Total She Inc.'s address at bottom of the form.

Damaged / Defective Items If you receive an item in damaged or defective condition Total She will make every reasonable effort to replace the damaged or defective item as quickly as possible. Shipping costs in the event you receive an item that is damaged or defective.

Custom Items

Please note that certain items found on the site are custom made based upon personalized specifications. These items can not be returned or exchanged unless damaged.
